It goes without saying that in a country with one of the highest violence and kidnapping rates in the world, constant armed conflict within its borders and the resulting increase in the displaced population, the need for assistance and healing of the ensuing emotional wounds of the Colombian populace is greater than ever.

Our Mission

The Healing Colombia Foundation is dedicated to the recuperation of Colombian youth-at- risk through programs focusing on motivation, values, prevention, informal education and sports. We reach out to young lives by offering alternatives for change and the development of a solid and sustainable projection towards the future.

In order to attend the immediate crisis in Colombia, we are committed to receiving and distributing national and international aid to alleviate the conditions of the underserved populations throughout the country.

Colombia is a land of vast contrasts. Its marvellous culture and mystical, exuberant, natural environment is at the same time weighed down by high levels of poverty, delinquency, forced displacement and internal armed conflict. Our challenge is to find long term solutions by improving the quality of life for underprivileged Colombians and networking with organizations that share the same goals.
